You must be at least 18 years old to use SilverCircle. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to:
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You must not post content that infringes others' rights or violates our Community Guidelines.
We prohibit fraud, scams, solicitation, hate speech, violence, illegal activity, and any conduct that harms other users or the community. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
We strive to keep SilverCircle available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
SilverCircle is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they may be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of Malawi, as applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
